Coupeville is a wonderful older waterfront town . It's the home of the County Courthouse and Whidbey General Hospital. Reknown Penn Cove mussels are farmed here. Coupeville holds an annual Mussel Festival, Water Festival and Arts and Crafts Festival.
Ebey's Landing,a historic preserve is located in Coupeville as well Fort Casey and the Keystone Ferry which sails to Port Townsend.
